Actress Kate Bosworth co-hosted the Global Green benefit, Gorgeous and Green, last week and as she told FabSugar, her dress made with recycled zippers was as organic as her diet:

"This is some hemp, some organic silk, recycled zippers, and it's been hand-dyed in natural dyes. What's so great about it is a lot of people think green clothing can be boring or granola-ish. The reason I loved it is it shows how you can make an interesting design 100 percent green,"  Kate said.

 And as far as eating organically, Kate's tack is more everyday gal, than spoiled starlet, which is refreshing to say the least.

"I try to [eat organically] as much as possible. I guess you can't be so rigid. Do what you can. Clearly you can't eat all organic all the time, but you just have to do as much as you can."
